The range features both long gun and handgun shooting options, including a 25m pistol range operated in partnership with the [Metro Rifle and Pistol Club](https://metroriflepistolclub.ca/) and a 100m rifle bay available for public use. Shooters wishing to access the facility must book through the Nova Scotia Shooting Range Booking System, part of the province's Hunt NS online services platform.
